We are looking for a Social Media Community Specialist with experience in iGaming, online casino, or betting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media content, engaging with online communities and influencers, analyzing performance, and optimizing strategies to boost engagement and reach. This role requires strong knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, SEO for social media, and paid strategies. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Align with internal teams to maintain consistent brand imagery and tone of voice across all channels.
- Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to launch and align partnership campaigns.
- Engage with influencers, interact with their content, and foster strong relationships to enhance brand visibility.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, and messages, ensuring effective communication and fostering community growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, creating reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategy.
- Apply SEO and keyword strategies for social media platforms, including YouTube SEO and copywriting SEO best practices.
- Implement and manage social media paid strategies to maximize reach and performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and leverage viral content to increase audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, content best practices, and social media innovations.
