Job Summary:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA Specialist to oversee the quality assurance process for our email marketing campaigns targeting social gaming casino players. In this role, you will ensure all outbound communications maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and functionality. You’ll play a crucial role in checking content for grammatical correctness, validating scenario logic, and reviewing promotional assets. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering flawless user experiences, and experience in quality assurance or email marketing within the gaming or entertainment industry.


Job requirements

Content Accuracy & Quality Control

  • Review all email campaign communications to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
  • Ensure language is consistent, engaging, and tailored to our audience in line with brand voice and style guidelines.


Scenario Logic & User Flow Testing

  • Verify that email campaign scenarios and user journeys are logical and intuitive.
  • Test various scenarios within email flows to ensure correct delivery based on audience segmentation, timing, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to confirm that the email campaign structure and sequence align with business goals.


Promotion & Asset Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality checks on associated promotional materials such as landing pages, banners, and pop-ups.
  • Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are free of display errors or broken links.
  • Test promotional pages for functionality, checking responsiveness and usability across multiple devices and browsers.


Compliance and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and CRM teams to ensure that all communications meet the standard requirements.
  • Document and report issues, suggesting solutions for fixes and long-term improvements.
  • Facilitate and verify updates as needed to guarantee a smooth user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in QA for digital marketing, email campaigns, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance best practices for promotional content in a digital context.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, spelling, and content editing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of the gaming or social casino industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms e.g., Mailchimp, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or landing page testing is a plus (preferred but not required).
