You will be essential in making sure our agents operate at the highest level and uphold the highest standards. Our dedication to excellence will be directly impacted by your capacity to evaluate performance indicators and mentor team members, as well as assist in adjusting to changing market trends and obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Daily Performance Audits

  • Conduct daily audits of agents’ work across key tasks to assess accuracy, adherence to processes, and overall performance.

🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly QA reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

🔹 Process Monitoring & Enhancement

  • Ensure all procedures align with evolving fraud detection trends and operational needs.
  • Regularly review and refine handling processes to maintain industry best practices.

🔹 Coaching & Development

  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to agents, fostering a quality-driven mindset.
  • Assist in developing targeted training programs based on QA findings.

🔹 Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and update QA guidelines and operational procedures to ensure accessibility and consistency.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are upheld across all processes.

🔹 Training & Onboarding

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, introducing them to quality standards, company policies, and gaming-specific processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Gaming Management, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).

✔️ Experience in a QA role within the gaming industry.

✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

✔️ Excellent communication and coaching skills to provide structured feedback.

✔️ Familiarity with fraud detection trends and best practices in the gaming sector.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and reporting platforms.

✔️ Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.

✔️ Flexibility to work on a shift pattern which may be inclusive of Weekends, Nights and Holidays.
