As a Junior Strategist, your main goal is to support the Promotions Strategic Lead & Promotions Strategist in the creation and implementation of customer engagement activities, including onsite promotions. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, conduct, and manage promo planning, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
- Assist in researching and analyzing industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic recommendations.
- Complete promo briefing, coordinate asset reviews, and oversee campaign builds.
- Collaborate with the Promo Strategist to organize and oversee budget planning, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies for growth, and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
- Ensure clear communication of plans and campaign execution within the stakeholders.
- Serve as the first line of contact for any inquiries regarding the promotions.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and strategic documents for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Senior Strategist to test and refine strategic initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Some experience or internship in digital marketing, or a related field within the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of customer behavior,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English language skills.
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
