About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CRM & Engagement Manager to lead our customer engagement initiatives, ensuring long-term retention and loyalty. This role will focus on delivering impactful CRM strategies, managing a dedicated design team, and overseeing lifecycle communications that enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, campaign execution, and creative direction to drive engagement through compelling visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute innovative CRM strategies to enhance retention and player lifetime value.
  • Managing Design & Organic Social Team: Oversee and collaborate with the design and organic social team to produce high-quality, engaging assets for CRM campaigns and social media content that strengthens community engagement.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Craft personalized, data-driven lifecycle communications that strengthen user engagement at each stage.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of automated and targeted CRM campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery across channels.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor CRM performance metrics, leverage insights, and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to align engagement strategies with business goals.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activities adhere to responsible gaming guidelines and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in CRM, engagement, or lifecycle marketing within the social gaming, casino, or digital entertainment sectors.
  • Strong creative and strategic mindset with the ability to manage and inspire a design team.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
  • Analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
