Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to manage and guide our quality assurance team in overseeing email and promotional content for social gaming casino players. This role is responsible for ensuring that all communications are accurate, engaging, and fully functional across all platforms. The QA Team Lead will develop and implement quality assurance processes, mentor QA specialists, and serve as the final check for high-priority campaigns. This role requires a leader who combines a meticulous eye for detail with strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of quality assurance in digital marketing.

Job requirements

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Establish and communicate quality standards, processes, and best practices for email and promotional QA.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate ongoing training to ensure continuous skill development.

Quality Assurance Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance processes and checklists for email campaigns, promotional pages, banners, and pop-ups.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize QA workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align QA processes with campaign and business objectives.

Campaign Review & Approval

  • Oversee the review and approval process for high-priority and complex campaigns, acting as the final quality check.
  • Ensure all campaign communications are error-free, adhere to brand standards, and are properly targeted and segmented.
  • Coordinate closely with compliance teams to guarantee that communications meet legal and regulatory standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and rapid resolution of QA issues.
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, including detailed test cases and scenario checklists.
  • Provide regular reporting on QA metrics and quality standards adherence, using insights to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA for digital marketing or email campaigns, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in quality assurance practices and tools related to digital marketing and email platforms.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or other project management software (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and A/B testing (preferred but not required)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, especially for reviewing email or web assets where required (preferred but not required)
