As the Country Manager for Mexico, you’ll take charge of P&L, user acquisition, and player retention strategies that enhance the player experience and fuel revenue growth. In close collaboration with the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns, optimizing user acquisition channels, and implementing retention initiatives that ensure players keep coming back. You'll also work across teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives and drive exceptional results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Dive into player trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to pinpoint growth opportunities and carve out a competitive edge.
- Campaign Creation: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at both acquiring new users and retaining a dedicated player base.
- Retention Strategy: Design player retention initiatives that foster loyalty, increase engagement, and boost lifetime value through personalized offers and incentives.
- Player Feedback: Analyze player reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall gaming experience.
- P&L Oversight: Take ownership of the country-specific P&L, focusing on achieving revenue and profitability goals, and conduct regular performance reviews to keep things on track.
- Compliance Collaboration: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all gaming products and marketing campaigns adhere to industry standards.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Mexican iGaming market to keep the company ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Bring:
- Marketing Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Gaming Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing within the gaming and online sportsbook sector, with a focus on the Mexican market.
- LATAM Market Knowledge: Experience with LATAM iGaming markets is a strong advantage.
- Proven Success: A track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic marketing efforts in the gaming sector.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and market insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Mexican gaming landscape, player preferences, and the latest industry trends.
